All orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping is always free in Oregon and Washington with store pick-up available for no additional charge. Local delivery is also available for purchases over $99 within 20 miles of the store at no additional charge. Deliveries for orders over $99, up to 40 miles will injure a $10 delivery fee.
For orders under $99 shipping within the United States will pay a calculated shipping rate based on weight and destination. For orders outside of the contiguous United States, please select International Shipping at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
At Horseplay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges within the guidelines detailed below:
    •    Returns for a full refund are required to be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
    •    Returns for store credit or an exchange are required to be in new condition with original packaging and tags attached, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns for store credit or an exchange must be made within 60 days of original purchase.
    •    All clearance and consignment merchandise is final sale.Â
    •    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Orders placed online may be returned to our store location for no charge.Â
